The Year for Priests

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Well, the time has come to pass the torch to the next generation—or least to the next archbishop. I sincerely hope that, in these weekly expositions, you have seen a glimmer of imagination and it has inspired thought or reflection in you. I am so grateful to all who submitted feedback, whether positive or negative, on anything I have written here. It is always good to know that there is someone “out there.”

I wish you all the blessings of Christmas. May the knowledge of the Son of God’s presence be a source of spiritual energy that animates your heart and soul daily.

Please continue to support the Archdiocese of Milwaukee in all you do, in your thoughts, prayers and actions, as we look forward to the ministry of Archbishop Jerome Listecki. May God continue to bless him and keep him holy and faithful.
